Jeff is passionate about fostering the welcoming culture that makes Towhee Club special. He believes that when staff, guests, and the course itself work in harmony, it creates an unforgettable experience for everyone who visits.
With a strong service-driven leadership style, Jeff empowers his team to anticipate guest needs and resolve issues on the spot — ensuring each visit feels seamless from arrival to the final putt. His favorite hole is the challenging 18th, where the approach offers a beautiful view of the clubhouse.
Jeff moved to the Nashville area four years ago with his wife and two children and loves coaching his kids’ soccer teams in his spare time.
Fun fact: As an eight-year-old golfer, he once let Michael Jordan, Fred Couples, and Wayne Gretzky play through — a moment he’ll never forget.
Drew Braithwaite
Golf Course Superintendent
Drew enjoys working outdoors each day — especially with his dogs by his side. He applies his knowledge and skill to ensure Towhee Club’s course is always in top condition for golfers.
He recommends making the most of holes 16, 17, and 18, where great scoring opportunities meet incredible views.
When he’s not on the course, Drew spends his time with his family, his dogs, and cheering on Braves baseball.
Fun fact: His oldest dog is named after a Braves Hall of Famer.
Nick Ohl
Golf Course Assistant Superintendent
Nick loves the daily variety that comes with maintaining Towhee Club’s course. He works hard behind the scenes to provide exceptional playing conditions for every guest.
He recommends checking out the fun challenge of Hole #12.
Outside of work, Nick enjoys time with his wife, four kids, and their big dog, Sweetie.
Fun fact: He’ll gladly admit he’s not the best golfer — even though he works at a golf course.
Kaity Saunders

Kaity loves connecting with guests and helping bring their most meaningful moments to life at Towhee Club and Birdsong Social. She believes the magic is in the details and focuses on creating customized experiences that feel personal and unforgettable.
She and her husband are proud to call Tennessee home while raising their two beautiful children. You can find their family doing anything and everything outdoors!
Fun fact: Kaity previously worked for Disneyland, including time living in Japan at Tokyo Disney — she may have even been close friends with a few princesses along the way.
Bo Casey
Head Golf Professional
Bo believes a strong team culture is the foundation of a great club experience. He enjoys working alongside a staff that shares the same goal: delivering the best possible experience for every guest.
His advice for first-time players? Survive the first hole — then enjoy the rest of your round.
Bo has been married for 30 years and loves spending time with his family, traveling, heading to the lake in the summer, and playing golf together.
Fun fact: Before golf became his career, Bo played four years of college football — and even spent a year playing collegiate golf at Belmont, which ultimately set him on his professional path.
Brett Baucom
Assistant Golf Professional
Brett values the connections he builds with golfers and staff, believing those relationships are at the heart of the Towhee experience. He is dedicated to ensuring every guest feels fully accommodated and ready to enjoy their round.
His favorite spot on the course is the back nine at sunset — especially holes 16 and 17. Outside of work, Brett enjoys fishing, hunting, hiking, and traveling.
